Best Practice Workshops

Whether you have experienced users, or users new to Salesforce, one of our best practice workshops is the perfect way to develop the capabilities of your team.

We run a number of interactive courses with hands-on exercises designed to provide best practice training on how to use Salesforce within your organisation.  Specifically we run courses for:

  • Sales users - best practice on how to work with accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, campaigns and basic reporting
  • Reporting users - taking you through all the elements of successful reporting for your organisation
  • Super users - This is not an administrators course but is designed for those undertaking an enhanced user role within your organisation. We give training on basic user management; managing account teams; managing duplicate data; team calendars; language translation; and many more aspects a super-user might take on.

All of our courses provide delegates with a slide pack, an exercise book and a developer login which will allow further practice after the course has finished.
