The Nonprofit Success Pack or NPSP is the foundation of the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. It transforms our typical for-profit data model in Salesforce and adapts it to suit the needs of Nonprofits.
So, where a for-profit organisation would typically focus on sales and customers. Nonprofit organisations would focus on managing constituents, fundraising and grant-making.
So how does NPSP do this?
Quite simply it is a purpose-built app that sits on top of Salesforce’s Enterprise platform.
